MISSION STATEMENT

Chen-Yu Enterprises LLC (CYE) holds U.S. and Canadian patent positions to enable the retail DDA and card holder to classify the expenditure at point of transaction. The integrated system during the payment clearing and statement rendering process brings financial institutions a new source of fee generation on an ongoing basis. To this end, CYE is aligned with key technology vendors in the industry.

CYE now seeks acceptance of these classification systems in the industry through two key channels. The first platform is a voluntary standard for check classification through the Accredited Standards Committee X9 - Financial Services, as accredited by the American National Standards Institute. Second, the Financial Services Technology Consortium allows firms to introduce and sustain a common, enhanced solution for banks and their customers. With consolidated classification across the check, credit card, and debit card, FSTC can build a comprehensive warehouse of payment data of unprecedented value to the industry, their customers, and government. Where payment data is consumer-initiated at point of transaction, superior accuracy and timeliness benefit both the customer and the institution. The front-end answers vital budgetary and tax issues for the customer with telephonic, physical and paperless electronic delivery of the formatted data. The back-end gives banks the means to evaluate spending patterns and develop customer profiles -- all to achieve product customization but based on standardized data sources.
